- We suggest that you compile all the information you will need to complete the application.
- The application submission deadline is:
11:59 pm/EST on March 7, 2025. - Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
- Ensure all materials are included before mailing.
- Applicants may only apply once.

Applications must be submitted online only.
- Complete an Online Application Form:
Ensure all sections of the application form are filled out accurately and entirely.
- Upload Proof of College Acceptance:
Upload an official acceptance letter from an accredited institution of higher learning for the 2025-2026 academic year.
- Upload a List of Leadership roles, Extracurricular Activities, and Community Service Projects. Use this Activities Template to get started. (You must download the file to your computer)
- Upload an Essay:
Write and upload an essay (250-500 words, double-spaced, 1-inch margins, 12-point Times New Roman script font) addressing the following topics:
a. How this scholarship will help you achieve your academic goals.
b. Your community service participation and what it means to you.

Mail supporting documentation:
- Official High School Transcript:
Sealed in a business envelope provided by your high school.
- Recommendation Letters:
- One sealed letter of recommendation from a core subject teacher or school counselor, with their signature over the seal.
- One sealed letter of recommendation from someone familiar with your community involvement (e.g., pastor, community leader), also with their signature over the seal.
